Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Dhunna Infra web application ("Dhunna Infra", "we", "us", or "our"), including the public pages at dhunnainfra.com and the signed-in team portal at app.dhunnainfra.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. The application

Dhunna Infra is an invitation-only operations portal for Dhunna Infra staff and invited teammates. It provides tools for properties, leads, site visits, HR, attendance, payroll, invoices, documents, and related internal workflows. Access is granted by an administrator. Public self-registration is not offered.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the application at any time. Material changes that affect your rights will be reflected on this page.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

You agree not to:

• Access another person’s account or data without permission.
• Probe, scan, or disrupt the application or its infrastructure.
• Use the application for unlawful purposes or to upload malware.
• Share confidential company, client, or employee information outside authorised use.

4. Google Sign-In

If you sign in with Google, you authorize Dhunna Infra to receive basic identity information (name, email, profile picture) as described in our Privacy Policy. Google’s own terms also apply to your Google Account. You may stop using Google Sign-In by using email and password instead, where available, or by asking an administrator to disable your account.

5. Password reset

If you request a password reset, we email a short-lived one-time code to the address on your account. Do not share that code. We are not responsible for access gained through a compromised mailbox.

6. Intellectual property

The application, including software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Dhunna Infra or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the application for authorised work. You do not acquire ownership of the software.

Content you or the company upload (property listings, documents, messages) remains subject to the company’s internal policies and applicable law.

7. Confidentiality

Information you see in Dhunna Infra about clients, properties, employees, or finances is confidential. You must handle it only as needed for your role and in line with company policy.

8. Limitation of liability

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dhunna Infra and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the application.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if your employment or engagement ends, or if we discontinue the application. Sections that by nature should survive (intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, governing law) continue after termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, India have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
